CIGRE and its suppliers reserve the right to photograph and film Scientific Sessions and all other events connected to the Session. In attending the CIGRE Session the participants accept and give their authorisation for using any form of reproduction of image photographic or video by CIGRE or its suppliers, on the CIGRE Internet website and in promotional documents. Photographic reproductions may also be given to the media and Session participants accept that they cannot take legal action against CIGRE for using this material (Article 9 of the French Civil Code).

Terms of registration & cancellation policy

A registration is nominative and non-transferable. It cannot be exchanged or transferred under any circumstances. In the event of cancellation and provided that written notice is sent to your National Committee by the given deadline, a refund minus a handling fee will be applied. After the deadline given by your National Committee no cancellation request will be accepted and no refund possible.
To be granted the Early, Standard or Late rates, the registration and payment must be received before the corresponding deadlines.
The conference programme may be subject to change and in this case no full or partial refund of the registration fee can be made.
In the event of the cancellation of the Session by the organizers, the delegates can be refunded upon request sent to their National Committees. If the Session 2024 has to be postponed, the paid registration is valid for the postponed event.
The Organizers have the right for any reason beyond their control to alter or cancel, without prior notice, the conference or any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to the event. The Organizers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expenditure or inconvenience cause as a result of such alteration or cancellation.
By signing this agreement, registered delegates agree to be filmed, recorded and photographed for the purposes of the Session.

RATE 1 : Delegates registering with their CIGRE membership number or a collective one.

RATE 2 : Delegates under 35 years old and registering with their CIGRE membership number.

RATE 3 : Delegates registering with their student CIGRE membership number.

To benefit from rates 1, 2 or 3 delegates must :

Justify of 2 consecutive years of membership 2022/2023 or 2023/2024
Or having joined CIGRE in 2024 (membership number created in 2024)

RATE 4 : Delegates outside the 3 above categories

RATE 5 : Companions aged +18 (limited to one per delegate. -18 not allowed in any part the event).

RATE 6 : Delegates registering with their Honorary membership number (or equivalent) and NGNs invited by CIGRE to attend the Session.

Lunches are not included in the registration fees however lunch counters are open inside and close to venue.

PAYMENT PROCESS :

After you have filled and validate the registration form send the payment of your registration fee to account number 6039.05.72657 and mark it with your name. If you need to be sent an invoice, contact CIGRE Norge v/ Bjørnar Brattbakk, tel. 91609238. The registration is approved when the registration fee has been registered as received in our account.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

Any cancellation request must be sent to your NC contact by July 25th the latest. A refund will be applied minus a handling fee of 3100 NOK per delegate and 1800 NOK per companion. After July 25th no cancellation will be accepted and no refund possible.
